It was in the middle of a week-long photo trip to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon when I photographed this scene.
A rainy day before allowed me to scout the perfect location which I went back to the following morning. I arrived a few hours before sunrise to photograph this multi-stitched panoramic - which provides me with a nearly 180 degree view.
This photo has since become my most popular and most collected photo from the Grand Canyon.
